Due to New York State regulations, IntelliDNA cannot sell or ship at-home DNA collection kits to addresses within New York.

All paternity testing in New York must be authorized by a licensed attorney or physician, and the DNA collection must be witnessed by an approved neutral third party. These rules apply to both legal and non-legal DNA testing services.
