Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Policy
At IntelliDNA Services, all sales are considered final once a DNA case has been registered with the lab or a collection appointment has been completed. Due to the confidential and biological nature of DNA testing, along with associated lab fees, we cannot provide refunds once the testing process has started.
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
The request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase
The DNA kit has not been shipped
No collection appointment has been scheduled or completed
To request a refund, please contact our office at 313.636.0266 or email us at admin@intellidnaservices.com, and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
If approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their collection appointment without penalty if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Please note:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $35 cancellation fee
Missed (no-show) appointments are non-refundable
Rescheduling must take place within 7 days of the original appointment date and is subject to availability
